We partner with global carriers to give you the best shipping experience and provide you with live, real-time shipping rates that are displayed during the order checkout. These rates are calculated by the shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier pricing.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information to check the status of your delivery.
Depending on the demand and availability of an item, it takes 2–7 business days to fulfill an order. The average shipping time is 4-7 business days depending on the delivery destination. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it’s delivered to the end address
At the bottom of the Checkout page you’ll see a checkmark field labeled “SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?“. Please select this field and new address input fields will appear where you can specify the delivery address for your order.
For all purchase support inquiries, please contact us within 3 days of delivery of your merchandise. If more than 3 days have passed, unfortunately all sales will be final.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, we can help you process a replacement order at a discount. You’ll have to cover return shipping of the original item and a restocking fee will apply.
If your item is not delivered, arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us as soon as possible to asses your situation.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
Any promotional code can be entered in the Cart page before Checkout. If your purchase meets the necessary requirements, it will be successfully added to the order. Otherwise, it’ll display why it wasn’t processed successfully.
